Susan Smith - Franklyn - Wealth & Financial Management

Sue has worked at Franklyn since August 2013. As Group Benefits Manager, she works alongside our team of Advisers in arranging both workplace pensions and employee benefit schemes for our business owner clients.

She is particularly proud to lead her team in building strong relationships and providing dedicated support to look after our clients for the long-term. Sue has over 37 years’ experience of working within financial services, and prior to joining Franklyn she had undertaken various roles with Lloyd’s Bank, Refuge Assurance, Norwich Union, Santander and Standard Life.

Away from work, Sue is a lifelong Manchester City supporter and loves to follow her team. She values her home time with her husband and is enjoying getting to know her new puppy, Rocky, with lots of long walks in the Cheshire countryside, and perhaps a pub lunch along the way. She looks forward to visiting her son on the Isle of Wight as much as possible, and to taking Rocky for his first visit very soon.
