Joanne, better known as Jo, is our Receptionist at Franklyn and will be the first person you see when you visit the office.
Jo has worked for Franklyn for 7 years now, joining back in November 2015 after moving from a similar role in a Sixth Form College.
Jo has a wealth of experience in front of house and customer service, starting with her very first job as a receptionist in a hotel when she was just 18, she then worked her way up to become Head Receptionist and then Manager.
Jo has always enjoyed being front of house as it’s a role that is very important to the business. Jo strives to help our clients in anyway she can and making sure their visits to Franklyn HQ is a pleasant one.
Jo has two grown-up girls and a grandson whom she love spending time with. In her spare time, she loves to cook, read and go walking.
