Jenni is a Mortgage Client Manager and has been at Franklyn since September 2021.
Jenni has over 12 years of experience working in customer-facing roles and before joining Franklyn, she worked in the Motor Insurance industry for 7 years, where she managed a team of Claims Handlers and was responsible for the relationships with many Key Accounts.
After the COVID pandemic, Jenni decided to change career and join the world of mortgages, eager to become a Mortgage Adviser in the future.
In her spare time, Jenni likes to go on walks (to the pub!) with her lovely Goldendoodle, Stanley, and spend time with her family & friends.
